While you're asleep, here are some simple tips to help your skin breathe and stay cool while you're catching up on your zzzs:
In winter, make sure the heating isn’t turned up too high and don’t pile on too many blankets either.
In summer, try sleeping with the window open or with no PJs at all.
If you do wear PJs, make sure they are always PJs in cotton and try wearing them inside out to avoid those scratchy seams that can also trigger itching.
